The same dedicated, unhurried care you expect from CPOML—from home, from the office, or from anywhere in Pennsylvania. Secure, private video visits with your psychiatrist.
Telehealth brings the full CPOML concierge experience to you through video appointments on a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform. Whether you're at home, at the office, or simply prefer the convenience of virtual care, you'll receive the same unhurried attention and personalized treatment—as long as you are physically located in Pennsylvania during the visit.
Your dedicated psychiatrist conducts video sessions just as they would in-person visits—with the same depth, attention to detail, and time dedicated to your care. The only difference is you don't have to commute.
Telehealth is ideal for follow-up appointments, medication management, therapy sessions, and many initial consultations. Your psychiatrist will let you know if an in-person visit is ever recommended. At the start of each video visit, we'll confirm where you are and how to reach you, so we can help quickly if an urgent need arises.
Request a telehealth appointment through our scheduling system. We'll confirm a time that works for you.
Before your appointment, you'll receive a secure link to our video platform via email.

Your dedicated psychiatrist conducts your session with the same unhurried attention as in-person visits.
Telehealth visits are simple to set up. Here's what you need for a smooth experience:
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone. Most modern devices work well.
A stable internet connection. WiFi or cellular data both work well for video visits.
A quiet, private location where you can speak freely. This protects your privacy and helps you get the most from your session.
An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). No special software installation required.
Most of our services can be delivered effectively through telehealth:
Research has found video-based psychiatric care to be comparable to in-person care for many conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD. Your psychiatrist will recommend in-person visits when they would serve you better.
Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform. Your sessions are held to the same confidentiality standards as in-person visits, including the limited exceptions the law requires, which we review with you at your first visit.
Yes, in most cases. Many medications can be prescribed after a video visit and sent to your preferred pharmacy. Prescribing controlled medications (such as ADHD stimulants or certain anti-anxiety medications) by telehealth follows DEA rules. The current federal telehealth flexibilities run through December 31, 2026, and some prescriptions may need an in-person visit. We'll tell you clearly if that applies to you.
We're here to help. If you experience any technical issues, contact us and we'll assist you. If video isn't working, we can often continue by phone; some visits, such as new controlled-medication prescriptions, may need to be rescheduled by video.
Yes. You must be physically located in a state where your psychiatrist is licensed at the time of each visit—currently Pennsylvania. If you'll be traveling, let us know in advance and we'll plan around it.
Experience the convenience of telehealth with the same dedicated, personalized care you expect from CPOML.
