The Concierge Difference

Mental healthcare built around lasting relationships, unhurried appointments, and a dedicated psychiatrist who truly knows you. This is psychiatry as we believe it should be practiced.

What is Concierge Psychiatry?

Concierge psychiatry is an intimate practice model where your dedicated psychiatrist maintains a limited number of members, allowing for deeper relationships, more time together, and more direct access to your psychiatrist.

Because Dr. Malik cares for a deliberately small number of members, there is time for depth and continuity. Your psychiatrist knows your complete history, remembers the details of your life, and gives each appointment the time it needs.

This is mental healthcare designed for those who expect more—and who understand that their mental wellness deserves the same premium attention as their physical health.

What You Can Expect

  • One dedicated psychiatrist who knows your complete story
  • Extended, unhurried appointments
  • A direct line to your psychiatrist during office hours, plus after-hours access for urgent clinical questions for concierge members
  • Priority scheduling that works around your life

After-hours access is not an emergency service — call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest ER.

Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
